love of Jesus to the correctional communities of the world. Position Summary - The best candidate is someone who wakes up every day and:
- Talks to people for a living
- Has a list of people they’re responsible for
- Believes in mission-driven work
- Knows they need to reach out consistently and tracks those interactions
- Is measured on deepening relationships over time
- Based in Orlando / Central Florida
- Can focus on a portfolio of 100–125 donors across the USA currently giving $1,000– $9,999; constantly qualifying and refining that list
- The goal is simple: deepen engagement and grow giving
- This is not a heavy travel role. It’s about connection—calls, emails, texts, handwritten notes—making donors feel known and valued.
- Key moments: Orlando & Chicago Gatherings (these matter—a lot)
- This is not a “find new donors” role
- Monthly meetings with the Advancement team for a quarterly portfolio reviews to stay focused on the right 100–125 people
- When it makes sense, guide donors toward international giving opportunities
