The successful candidate will be part of a values-based firm that combines the best practices of a global retained executive search with a no-risk fee model, ensuring a focus on the Halo Effect in all placements. This role requires a professional with a history of significant billing, a deep understanding of the business, and a vertical or functional specialty that either complements existing niches or expands the firm's capabilities. The ideal Partner will have a desire to sell a value proposition that is in line with the company's innovative and technology-driven approach, and will be a team player who thrives in a culture of positive collaboration and unity.Key responsibilities for the Partner include business development, search fulfillment, and client management.
