We are actively seeking a seasoned, dynamic, and dedicated individual to join our team as a Permanent Partner. As a Permanent Partner, you will be a crucial part of our team, providing high-level legal services to our clients, while also contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the firm.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Partner, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Providing expert legal advice to a diverse range of clients on complex legal issues.
2. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
3. Preparing for trials, including gathering evidence, coordinating witnesses, and developing arguments.
4. Taking and defending depositions, interrogating witnesses, and presenting evidence in court.
5. Overseeing all aspects of litigation, from initiation to resolution, ensuring that all actions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
6. Writing clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, and contracts.
7. Contributing to the firm's strategic planning and business development efforts.
8. Leading, mentoring, and developing junior legal staff, fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Partner position will have:

1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm with a strong focus on casualty litigation. Primary focus is MVA, Trucking, Construction Defect and Auto Liability
4. Proven experience in trial preparation, taking depositions, and providing legal advice.
5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with an ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
6. A strategic thinker with excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
7. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and developing staff.
8. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
9. A commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal and ethical conduct.
