We are looking for an exceptional Partner Integration manager to drive the technical onboarding of Amazon Counter partners - for both outbound and return processes - and support the deployment of the related app across thousands of locations. Successful candidates will have a solid Tech background coupled with excellent stakeholder management skills. They will show great bias for action, as well as a fine eye to spot opportunities for process optimization. Finally, they will easily prioritize across multiple competing areas and communicate clearly at all levels and with people from both Technical and non-Technical backgrounds. Key job responsibilities The ideal person will: · Collaborate with business development team to present Amazon PARP solution to potential partners. · Work closely with partners and non-Tech internal stakeholders to define and scope integration requirements. · Maintain ongoing relationships with partners, focusing on improving the quality of Technical processes such as API integration and data transmission quality. · Consistently improve the Access Points customer experience by delivering superior partner support. · Create and maintain partner facing artifacts such as tech documentation and code examples to help partners with the integration process. · Identify new partner requirements and communicate them to internal Product and Tech teams. · Work with Product team to design and implement new feature requests, influencing the Product roadmap. Using your data analysis skills, you'll explore and translate data into simple, visual forms to help your team and the wider business cut costs and address customer concerns. As an S&OP Analyst, you'll use your business acumen and analytic skills to help your team achieve their objectives. You'll use data to illustrate problems and share your opinion and ideas to help find solutions. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software - Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent Preferred Qualifications - 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience - Experience working within a high-growth, technology company Amazon is an equal opportunities employer. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
