Partner Marketing Manager, Global Partner Marketing Programs

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Global Partner Marketing team is responsible for building global awareness of the partner ecosystem and supporting pipeline growth by marketing to, through, and with our partners. We create the programs, stories, and experiences that prove how our client and our partners are stronger together driving customer success, platform adoption, and marketplace growth.

We are seeking a versatile, highly motivated, and execution-oriented Partner Marketing Professional to join our team in a contract capacity. This unique role is designed for a dynamic marketer who thrives on wearing many hats and loves to bridge the gap between creative content production and technical marketing execution. In this role, you will act as a critical execution engine for the Global Partner Marketing team. You will be directly responsible for writing high-impact content, managing marketing automation tools, driving demand generation campaigns, and supporting the logistics for webinars and global flagship events. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can seamlessly pivot from drafting a compelling value proposition to setting up a nurture campaign in Marketo or managing a live webinar.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• End-to-End Content Creation: Write and develop high-converting marketing copy across a variety of channels, including email campaigns, social media assets, event invitations, landing pages, solution briefs, and joint partner value propositions.
• Marketing Automation & Operations: Build, deploy, and maintain targeted email campaigns and audience segments utilizing enterprise marketing automation tools (Marketo). Ensure data integrity and precise execution for all partner-facing communications.
• Webinar Execution & Support: Lead the operational setup, technical dry runs, promotion, and live execution of marketing enablement webinars designed to help our client's partners effectively market their joint solutions.
• Demand Generation & Campaign Management: Support the execution of multi-channel co-marketing campaigns that drive ecosystem pipeline, managing campaign timelines and coordinating deliverables across internal teams and external creative agencies.
• Metrics & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on key campaign performance metrics (email open rates, webinar attendance, lead generation, and conversions) to provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6 8+ years of hands-on experience in partner marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations within the B2B technology sector.
• Proven Content Developer: Exceptional writing and communication skills with a portfolio of marketing assets (emails, social copy, value propositions) that translate complex technical solutions into clear enterprise business value.
• Marketing Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience working directly inside Marketo (or equivalent enterprise automation platforms) and Salesforce to deploy campaigns and pull performance reports.
• Multi-Tasking Execution: Proven success in a fast-paced environment managing multiple distinct projects simultaneously from digital demand gen to live event logistics without breaking a sweat.
• Collaborative Mindset: Strong track record of working cross-functionally across global geographies, sales teams, and external vendor agencies to drive execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Sigma or similar data visualization tools to analyze campaign performance.
• Prior experience supporting partner-led marketing initiatives or working directly with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
• Adaptable, resilient, and possesses a great sense of humor to handle the fast-changing dynamics of a scaling global ecosystem.
