HumanHire is partnered with a National Law Firm to find a Real Estate / Commercial Leasing Partner to join their growing team in NYC. This is an exciting opportunity for an established Partner to help expand a growing Real Estate practice with significant autonomy, strong business development support, and the potential to take on a leadership role.

We Offer:

• Pay: $300K Draw plus 25% Uncapped Origination
• Business Development:$500K+ Book of Business required

Responsibilities:

• Lead and continue to grow an established commercial real estate practice with a strong focus on leasing.
• Advise sophisticated commercial clients on a broad range of real estate matters.
• Manage client relationships and continue developing new business opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys across multiple practice areas to leverage the firm's broader platform.
• Help expand the Real Estate practice and contribute to its overall strategy and direction.
• Mentor and collaborate with attorneys and staff as the group continues to grow.
• Take an active role in business development and building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Partner-level experience in Commercial Real Estate and/or Commercial Leasing
• $500K+ Book of Business required
• Significant experience representing sophisticated clients in commercial leasing matters
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and expand a substantial client base
• Strong business development, leadership, and relationship-management skills
• Candidates with an established team of Partners and Associates are also encouraged to apply
• Residential mortgage experience alone will not qualify
