TalentPop is looking for a Partnership Manager to build and grow relationships with Agency and Technology Partners whose clients could benefit from TalentPop’s Customer Experience solutions.
This is a partnerships role with an SDR-style business-development component. The role combines new-partner development with long-term relationship management. It is not solely focused on booking meetings. The goal is to turn strong Agency and Technology Partner relationships into consistent, long-term referral opportunities while creating mutual value for TalentPop and its partners.
You will also manage the partnership pipeline in HubSpot, analyze activity and conversion data, test new strategies, support partnership reporting, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
