Job Title: Partnership Taxation Senior Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85016
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $152,000 annually

• Lead primary and secondary reviews of complex partnership tax returns
• Provide tax consulting and strategic planning for partnership clients
• Evaluate partnership agreements and manage IRC 704(b) capital accounts
• Oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
• Identify and implement tax savings strategies and compliance improvements
• Research and advise on Subchapter K partnership taxation matters
• Respond to IRS and tax authority inquiries
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and business development pipelines
• Mentor, train, and develop staff; conduct performance evaluations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize tax processes and client outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Active CPA license REQUIRED
• 10+ years of progressive tax experience, including public accounting
• Strong expertise in partnership tax compliance and consulting
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams, projects, and client relationships
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience with partnership structuring, entity formation, and M&A
• Advanced knowledge of tax technology and partnership return systems
• Demonstrated success in business development and client growth

• Ability to travel as needed
