Partnerships Associate

Hi there, thanks for checking out the Partnerships Associate role at MealPal ! This role is based in New York, NY and is in office 5 days per week.We're looking for a detail-oriented, relationship-centric problem solver. You'll be working directly with MealPal restaurants to ensure they have an amazing partnership experience. As a Partnerships Associate, you will be responsible for bringing new restaurants onto MealPal, responding to restaurant emails and handling various operational tasks, and building strong partnerships with local restaurants to help their businesses grow.ResponsibilitiesBring new merchants onto the MealPal platform! You'll help restaurants understand the game-changing value of our service.Identify restaurant owners, GMs and catering managers, set up meetings with these decision makers and build relationships with them.Become an expert in identifying challenges that restaurant owners face, and help them solve these challenges using MealPal.Make a high volume of calls and emails to prospects daily.Negotiate restaurant offerings to ensure beneficial partnerships.Manage the day‑to‑day requests of our restaurant partners.RequirementsBachelor's degree with 0‑3 years of sales, marketing, account management or customer service experience.Adapt to new situations quickly and think on your feet.Passionate, ambitious, competitive personality; not afraid of rejection.Ability to work quickly while maintaining strong attention to detail.Exceptional written skills and high EQ.Restaurant industry or hospitality experience is nice to have.Work full‑time in our office in New York.CompensationCompetitive base salary ($65k) + performance‑based bonus.Meaningful equity and the opportunity to build something.401(k) with Employer Match.Health, Vision, & Dental benefits (healthcare is 100% covered by MealPal).Opportunity to work with a smart, passionate team.Only applications submitted through the following link will be considered:#J-18808-Ljbffr
