The Role:
We are looking for a senior partnerships professional to lead and scale Smadex's strategic relationships across the Americas. This role will own the regional partnerships strategy, drive supply and measurement collaborations, and represent Smadex as a key market ambassador. The ideal candidate combines deep AdTech expertise with strong commercial acumen and an established industry network.
What you will do:
Strategic Relationship Management
Act as the senior ambassador for Smadex across the Americas, owning executive relationships with key partners, including SSPs, MMPs, data providers, and direct publishers. Foster long-term, value-driven collaborations that support Smadex's growth and product innovation.
Partnership Strategy & Lifecycle Management
Design and execute a comprehensive partnerships roadmap for the region. Balance the optimization and expansion of existing top-tier partnerships with the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of new high-impact opportunities that drive supply quality, scale, and competitive advantage.
Supply & Ecosystem Expansion
Strengthen Smadex's access to premium inventory and strategic integrations by developing partnerships across mobile, in-app, and emerging channels. Identify opportunities to unlock differentiated supply, data, and measurement capabilities.
Company Ambassador & Industry Presence
Serve as the primary face of Smadex at major industry events, conferences, and panels across the Americas. Represent our brand, communicate our vision, and cultivate senior-level networking opportunities to position Smadex at the forefront of the AdTech ecosystem.
Deal Architecture & Negotiation
Lead the full partnership lifecycle - from initial outreach and strategic evaluation through commercial structuring, negotiation, contracting, and ongoing performance governance.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure successful partner integrations, joint business planning, and revenue growth.
