DeVivo Companies is searching for a Parts Advisor for our Northeast Tool Distributors department in New Britain, CT.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform counter and telephone tool sales
  • Create and maintain customer service relationships
  • Ordering, procurement, stocking and billing of tools
  • Create and receive tool requisitions/purchase orders
  • Shipping/receiving as needed
  • Maintain adequate supplier and vendor relations
  • Conduct physical inventory counts as needed

Position Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in tools/parts/warehousing/inventory control within the automotive/truck/bus parts industry
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license
