GROWTH = OPPORTUNITY

You will report to the Parts Manager.

This is an on-site position located in Wappingers Falls, NY.

Responsibilities:

As a Parts Advisor you will provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while providing exceptional customer service.

• You will answer telephones and greet customers and vendors.
• Maintain clean work area, and stockroom.
• You will work with the Service Team to coordinate parts for vehicle repair and service.
• Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer requests.
• Receive, unpack, and store parts in appropriate storage areas so they are available when needed.
• Take inventory, maintain records of goods received and keep perpetual inventory controls.
• Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
• Process core returns, parts warranties and parts returns.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years dealership parts advisor experience, required
• CDK experience preferred
• Understand basic automotive components and systems
• Automotive dealership service experience is a plus
• Any automotive certifications is a plus
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Est. Annual Earnings ranges from $40,000 to $75,000

Actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge/bonus/commission, location, etc.
