Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them in identifying and purchasing the correct auto parts.
Answer customer questions about parts, availability, and pricing.
Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts department.
Process customer orders and returns accurately.
Assist technicians by locating and delivering needed parts.
Keep up-to-date with new automotive parts and product information.
Previous experience as an auto parts advisor or in a similar role (preferred).
Familiarity with automotive parts and systems.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including experience with inventory management or point-of-sale systems.
Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic service department.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
