Parts Advisor - Wholesale

Jack Madden Ford Sales Inc is seeking a knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our BOOMING Wholesale Parts business. We are currently growing at a rapid rate and need experienced staff who are motivated to earn!

Experienced and driven individuals can earn up to $100,000 per year dependent on personal performance!

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to wholesale customers and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. If you have a passion for automotive parts and a commitment to excellent customer service, this position offers a rewarding opportunity with competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Assist wholesale customers with parts inquiries, orders, and product recommendations.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with service and repair departments to ensure parts availability.
• Provide expert advice on Ford parts and accessories to wholesale clients.
• Manage wholesale customer accounts and build strong relationships.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a parts advisor or in a similar automotive parts wholesale role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, preferably Ford products.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with inventory management and order processing systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive certification is a plus.
