    Position: Parts and Service Sales Representative
    Location: Philadelphia, PA
    Pay: $80,000-$105,000, Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Cell Phone, Laptop
    Job Type: Full-Time

    Company: CSTK Inc. is an award-winning Authorized Thermo King dealership group providing a complete line of refrigerated transportation products, including parts, service, aftermarket accessories, trailer repair, and technology solutions.  In addition, we also provide sales, parts, and service for the top construction equipment brands.

    Requirements to Apply:
    • Prospect and acquire new parts and service customers
    • Establish and build strong relationships with new and existing customers
    • Conduct sales calls, site visits, and promote parts and service solutions
    • Develop and manage a sales pipeline and territory growth strategy 
    • Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales while maintaining margin targets
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
    • Coordinate with parts and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
    • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-through
    • Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and customer records
    • Meet or exceed sales goals, KPIs, and activity targets
    • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts
    • Report market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
    • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer events
    • Identify customer pain points and recommend solutions and process improvements
    • Escalate urgent customer issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of resolution
