100% Onsite role

Working hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm PST
Who we’re looking for:- Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Parts Assistant (Contract) to work in our warehouse.
What you’ll be doing:- Warehouse activity relating to the receipt and shipment of finished goods from multiple warehouse locations.
- Organization of inventory, ensuring inventory is properly marked and labelled.
- Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure correct amount of stock is delivered against packing slips and part travellers.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures defined for warehouse activity.
- Counting and confirming inventory.
- Inventory transactions in ERP System
- Building loads with forklift, and pallet jack - Loading and wrapping stock on pallets
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Parts movement between internal work centers
- Maintenance of Engine Kit shortages after receipt of incoming goods from vendors and work centers internally.
Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top 3-5 skills- High School Diploma/GED and Valid Driver’s License.
- Forklift Certification will be required.
- Previous Warehouse Experience is required.
- Good customer service and people skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- General computer knowledge – data entry skills will be required.
- Organizational Skills & attention to detail is necessary.
- Capacity to perform job duties diligently.
- Self-motivated to complete daily tasks and procedures while ensuring cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of the work environment.
- Process an understanding of appropriate inventory controls including rotation, counting and storage.
- Availability to work extended hours if required.
