Our client, an industry leader in automotive engineering and motorsports, is seeking a Parts Assistant to join their team. As a Parts Assistant, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management, shipment processing, and internal parts movement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Parts Assistant
Location: 335 E. Baker St, Costa Mesa, CA, 92626
Pay Range: $26-$27/hr
Shift: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Manage warehouse activities related to receipt and shipment of finished goods from multiple locations
- Organize and label inventory to ensure proper tracking and storage
- Receive and verify deliveries against packing slips and part travelers
- Perform inventory counts and transactions within the ERP system
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload delivery vehicles
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED and a valid Driver’s License
- Forklift Certification is required
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
