EDUCATION, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
EXPERIENCE
Requires some work experience or intermediate level of knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
This is a customer-facing role in a fast-paced parts department. Bilingual ability is preferred, but not necessary. This role will involve dealing with customers in person, over the phone, via e-mail and through cross-department support.
