Parts Associate

Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers, with locations in Texas and Oklahoma, is seeking a motivated Parts Associate to join our team in Willis, TX!

As a Parts Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our service department, assisting customers, and keeping our operations running smoothly. If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the right fit for you.

What You'll Do:

Inspect and receive incoming parts shipments Issue parts to service technicians promptly and accurately Assist retail customers in locating and purchasing parts Maintain and organize parts inventory Keep accurate records of products sold, received, and stocked Support end-of-year inventory processes for accuracy and efficiency

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in retail, parts, or inventory management preferred (but not required) Strong customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records Proven ability to work well in a team environment Dependability and strong organizational skills

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen
