Parts Back Counter Associate Responsibilities

• Prepare and fulfill parts orders for the service department (load, pack, label, and deliver parts).

• Receive and process incoming stock (unload, label, and shelve parts).

• Perform inventory control and assist with audits.

• Maintain a clean and well-organized parts area.

• Accurately log inventory activity and report discrepancies.

• Communicate with technicians, supervisors, and coworkers.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with dealer management systems (Karmak Fusion preferred).

• Background in warehouse or heavy equipment/trailer parts.

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs. regularly.

• Frequent physical activity including standing, lifting, and reaching.

• Work is performed in a shop/warehouse environment.

• Use of standard office and warehouse equipment; forklift operation (training provided).
