Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and supplies accurately and promptly.
• Assist technicians and service staff by locating and supplying needed parts in a timely manner.
• Process and fulfill customer and service department orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to place orders and track shipments.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department to promote safety and productivity.
• Utilize dealership software systems to track parts ordering, inventory, and sales.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in inventory management or parts handling preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
