You start by reviewing parts requests and diving into systems to locate exactly what's needed, whether it's for a customer at the counter, a call, or an online order. You work side by side with Service Technicians, helping them identify the right parts so they can complete repairs efficiently. As you move between systems and vendor platforms, you track down availability, confirm pricing, and communicate updates to keep everything on track.
