We're a fleet maintenance shop in Miami and we need a real parts person — someone who knows how to source parts fast, find the best price, and keep our mechanics from standing around waiting. We run 24/7, so this isn't a "in at 9, out at 5, nothing happens after that" kind of job.

WHAT THE JOB ACTUALLY IS

This shop moves fast, and it doesn't stop. Vans, trucks, EVs, hybrids, and specialty equipment come through here — light, medium, and heavy duty, all of it. You need to order the exact right part every time, not a generic substitute that's close enough. You'll be weighing OEM against aftermarket and reman options constantly, chasing down the better price, and making sure it doesn't blow the budget.

• Order the correct part for the job — every time, not "close enough"
• Cover the full range: light, medium, and heavy duty, EV, hybrid, and specialty equipment
• Know your options — OEM, aftermarket, remanufactured — and find the better price between them
• Keep spend on budget and keep stock where it needs to be
• Get parts in fast — vehicle turnaround time is on you as much as it's on the mechanics
• Track inventory and know what we have without having to go look
• Make sure parts don't just sit on a shelf collecting dust — if it's not moving, that's a problem
• We're open to you using AI tools to help you stay on top of this — whatever makes you sharper at the job, use it

WHAT YOU NEED

• Real experience with ordering and purchasing — this isn't an entry-level parts-runner job
• Organized — you'll be graded on performance, parts usage, and what's sitting in storage, so sloppy doesn't fly
• Friendly and easy to deal with — you're on the phone with vendors constantly, and that relationship matters
• English and Spanish — both, no exceptions
• Able to work 6 days a week, 10-hour shifts
• Serious about the job — we're not looking for someone just passing through
