Parts Coordinator

Description: Position/Title: Parts Coordinator
Location: Aurora, IL
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Shift: 7am-5:30pm
POSITION SUMMARY
The Parts Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing the inventory and distribution of
parts and components within the plant. This role involves ensuring that all necessary parts are
available for production, packing and shipping parts orders, and maintaining accurate inventory
records. The Parts Coordinator plays a key role in supporting efficient manufacturing operations and
minimizing downtime.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities
Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions and established
procedures
Basic proficiency with technology, including inventory or ERP systems
Ability to operate a pallet jack and perform material handling tasks safely
Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and commitment to accuracy
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
