Job Description:
As a Packaging Operations Coordinator for Client Mattoon Distribution Center located in Mattoon, IL, you will work on a variety of tasks such as:
- Determine packaging and container solutions for service parts traveling through the Client network
- Support packaging operations in projects related to safety, quality and productivity
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data-entry, document preparation and email communication to support third-party packaging facility’s day-to-day operations
- Coordinate the resolution of parts problems between parts distribution center, factories, vendors and dealers regarding parts identification, mixed stock, defective stock or unshipped orders

- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
- Critical-thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to look at datasets
- Experience leading issue resolution amongst a cross-functional team
What Makes You Stand Out
- Experience working in a warehouse or production environment
- Experience Warehouse Management Systems (SAP)
- Knowledge of developing work standards
- Administrative experience
Requirements
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to be on their feet 70% of day
- Comfortable in high-traffic warehouse environment
- Available to work 40 hours/weekly
Education
Ideally you will have a bachelor's degree in business or supply-chain or equivalent related work experience

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $25.00-$26.00 per hour.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include [geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate].
