Parts Coordinator

HiFyve is hiring a Parts Coordinator in the construction industry in Milwaukee, WI!

Salary: $22–$31/hr

Shift: 1st

Location: On-site, Milwaukee, WI

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders, including expediting and follow-up to ensure timely delivery

• Prepare accurate quotes, pricing, and lead times in alignment with company policies

• Coordinate release and shipment of parts orders as required

• Read and interpret parts manuals, drawings, and technical materials

• Process customer credits and warranty claims in compliance with manufacturer requirements

• Source parts and manage vendor relationships to meet customer needs

• Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and inventory transactions

• Communicate professionally with customers to build trust and satisfaction

• Collaborate with service and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations

• Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

• Technical or vocational training in parts management or related field preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 3–5 years of experience in parts coordination or counter sales preferred

• Strong knowledge of construction or heavy equipment parts

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CDK or similar ERP system a plus

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals

• High attention to detail and accuracy in order processing

• Customer-focused attitude with commitment to service excellence

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
