We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator at our New Hampshire branchwhose primary responsibility will be the inside sales of a wide variety of mobile equipment truck parts from many different OEMs and aftermarket suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in a parts department environment, bringing strong inventory knowledge and excellent communication skills to our team.
Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Order Entry
  • Looking up parts online
  • Ordering parts online for many different OEMs
  • Receiving customer calls
  • Prioritizing a large amount of orders based on level of importance
  • Coordinating parts availability with shop and road mechanics
  • Customer Service background
  • Fielding and responding to customer calls
  • Researching multiple manufacturer part numbers


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Customer service-driven attitude
  • Effective phone and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task accordingly
  • Solid negotiating capabilities
  • Solid problem solving and trouble-shooting skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and clear work area
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Results driven
