Key Responsibilities
Ordering & Procurement: Purchase required parts from vendors, create purchase orders, and track open orders to prevent shortages.
Receiving & Inspection: Check in incoming shipments, inspect parts for damage or defects, and match them against invoices and repair orders.
Inventory Control: Maintain stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and update computerized inventory databases.
Returns & Credits: Process damaged or incorrect parts, coordinate vendor returns, and secure prompt credits.
Internal Communication: Act as a liaison between suppliers, customers, and technicians or mechanics to ensure the right parts arrive on
