This position will be cross trained in the warehouse and parts delivery positions as well. Description for Parts Counter:In person/phone/email/online salesSource parts as needed for speedy fulfillmentMeet sales goals and gross profit goalsOrder parts according to dealership proceduresMaintain special order parts for service departmentResolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer serviceMaintain a clean and safe work areaOngoing OEM training to stay current with parts changesProvide written quotes to customers as neededProcess core/warranty according to company guidelinesQualifications:High School diploma or GEDOne-Two years sales experience preferredClean driving recordWe offer competitive pay rates (based on experience) and benefits including:UniformsMedical InsuranceDental and VisionSTD and LTD Insurance401kWe are an equal opportunity employer.
