The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. This position plays a vital role in supporting our service department, collision center, technicians, and retail customers by ensuring timely and accurate parts sourcing and inventory management.

Responsibilities
- Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers in identifying and ordering the correct automotive parts.
- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to customers and dealership staff.
- Utilize manufacturer parts catalogs to accurately identify and source parts.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide pricing, availability, and product information.
- Review repair orders and body shop estimates to ensure parts accuracy and proper pricing.
- Process special orders, returns, and warranty parts as needed.
- Prepare parts for daily delivery, shipment, or customer pickup.
- Maintain accurate inventory through weekly bin checks and inventory control procedures.
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory in designated locations.
- Assist with stock orders and inventory replenishment.
- Follow all dealership safety policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of automotive parts experience preferred.
- Nissan parts experience is a plus but not required.
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and electronic parts catalogs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate pricing, discounts, and commissions.
- Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs, procedure manuals, and safety documentation.
- Proficient computer skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
