Automotive Parts Wholesale Person

Location: Conshohocken

Compensation: $40,000 – $60,000 Annually

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

Saturday's on a rotating schedule

Are you an experienced Automotive Parts Professional looking to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our well-established, high-performing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid dealership background who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and accuracy in every interaction.

In this dynamic role, you'll be the go-to expert supporting our retail, wholesale, and e-commerce clients—as well as our busy service department. What You Bring to the Table:

Proven experience in a dealership parts department 

Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed

Familiarity with CDK software (a plus)

Prior experience with Audi 

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver exceptional service to retail, wholesale, and internal customers

Assist customers in identifying and sourcing the right parts

Accurately quote prices, check availability, and process orders

Pull, fill, and restock inventory with precision

Communicate effectively regarding back-ordered and special-order items

Ensure accurate billing and service repair order integration

Process returns, issue credits, and handle payments efficiently

Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and returns

Stay up to date on the latest product changes and bulletins

Assist with e-commerce fulfillment and shipping logistics

Experience/ Requirements

  Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required

· At least 2-5 years of automotive parts experience

· CDK experience is highly recommended

· Excellent customer service skills

· Ability to be analytical, problem solve and multi-task

· Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment

· Strong written and communication skills

· Consistent and stable work history

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Strong work ethic

   Must be 18 years or older

   Must have valid driver's license with a 3 year clean driving history
