About the Role

As a Parts Counter Professional, you’ll be the friendly face our customers rely on — helping them find the right parts, answering questions, and keeping operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on, customer-first role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys being helpful and is eager to learn.

What You’ll Do

•     Help customers find the right parts and deliver friendly, knowledgeable service
•     Process orders accurately and efficiently using our inventory and POS systems
•     Pull and prepare inventory for pickup or delivery
•     Support your teammates and pitch in during busy periods
•     Keep the store organized and running smoothly

What You Bring

•     A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to learn
•     Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset
•     Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
•     Availability to work weekends on a rotating schedule
•     Valid driver’s license and must be 18+
•     Prior auto parts experience is a plus — but absolutely not required
