Parts Counter Sales Associate

Bowser Hyundai in Chippewa is looking for an experienced Parts Counter Sales Associate. The Parts Counter Sales Associate is responsible for selling parts and maintaining positive relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong product knowledge, ability to sell and excellent customer service skills.DUTIESServe as the public relations liaison for the dealership when servicing customers.Acquire and maintain product knowledge.Accurately prepare parts counter tickets.Follow up on parts orders to ensure that customers are served in accordance with Bowser customer service standards.Work efficiently and collaboratively with the Parts and Service Team.Verify with customers if delivery time of non-stock items meets their needs prior to placing an order.Review special orders and special pricing with Parts Manager.Deliver parts when necessary.Advise Parts Manager and Accounting of any changes in customers' names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.Comply with safety policies and procedures outlined in the Bowser Employee Handbook.Miscellaneous duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or Equivalent.A Valid PA Driver's License in good standing.Excellent customer service skillsStrong phone and email skillsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Sitting/standing/walking no less than 8 hours/day.Ability to lift no more than 50 lbs at a time.WHY YOU WILL LOVE WORKING FOR US!Competitive WagesComprehensive Benefit Package including Medical, Dental, and Vision401k with company matchShort Term Disability (supplemental)Life Insurance paid by the companyPTOOpportunities for advancement
