Full-time Parts Counter Sales Specialist - Agriculture & Heavy Equipment

Pay: $18-28/hour depending on experience w/ performance bonus opportunity 

Build a career in equipment parts with a locally owned dealership that has been serving Colorado and Wyoming for decades. Ron's Equipment (REC Corp) is looking for a dependable, mechanically minded Parts Specialist to join our team. You'll work directly with customers, technicians and leading equipment brands including JCB and Massey Ferguson while developing valuable agricultural and heavy-equipment parts expertise.

Qualifications:

• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Heavy equipment parts experience is preferred, but we're also interested in candidates with automotive parts, diesel, agriculture, equipment, mechanical, warehouse/inventory or strong customer-service experience. We're willing to train the right person! 
• Primarily Monday-Friday daytime schedule, with occasional extended or weekend hours during peak seasons
• High School Diploma/GED required; college degree a plus

This position is responsible for assisting customers in all aspects of their agricultural/construction parts needs. From helping to obtain accurate part numbers, ordering, shipping and selling parts. Maintaining accurate inventory of all parts on hand, coming in and shipping out, with a high attention to detail. Work with the service department to ensure their parts needs are met. Each employee is responsible and accountable for conducting their job tasks in a safe, healthy, and environmentally prudent manner.

• Create and ensure a customer-friendly environment
• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Complete special order part request for the customer
• Communicate with customers and service team on parts status in a friendly and professional manner.
• Forecast parts stock levels while moving thru fast moving parts
