Parts Counter Sales/Specifier

We are seeking a full-time Parts Specifier to answer calls from wholesale and retail customers and/or technicians.

Responsibilities

·       Answer calls from wholesale and retail customers providing price quotes and other information as needed.

·       Assist all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. 

·       Specify and procure parts orders for delivery to customers or technicians.

·       Work with other team members to ensure efficient and quality experience for every customer.

·       Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers.

·       Notifies the service advisor and or customer when special ordered parts have been received.

·       Follows up on back-ordered parts.

·       Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.

·       Receives payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.

·       Keeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, estimates and special-order parts.

·       Keeps parts counter area clean and uncluttered.

·       Keeps current on new products and product updates.

·       Ability to use online platforms such as OEConnect, Parts Trader, Repair Link, CCC etc.

·       Computer Skills are a must. 

·       Other tasks as assigned.
