Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Counter Sales Representative to join our industrial parts team. This role is responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Job Duties

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email
• Identify and recommend the correct parts using catalogs, schematics, and technical resources
• Create sales orders, quotes, and invoices
• Maintain and replenish inventory levels
• Process returns, warranties, and exchanges
• Keep the parts counter and storage areas organized
• Work closely with service and purchasing teams to meet customer needs
• Develop knowledge of hydraulic and industrial components
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Sell and support hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors, valves, hoses, fittings, bearings, seals, filters, regulators, and related industrial products

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

What You Will Do

As a Parts Counter Sales you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

A Parts Counter Sales contributes to manufacturing by performing a variety of production responsibilities that support efficient operations and quality products. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely throughout every shift.
