Join a well-established company in the heavy equipment sector, if you are dependable and service-oriented . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and has a solid understanding of replacement parts and inventory systems.
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Weekend OT may be required)
Hours: 8am-5pm
Pay: $20hr+
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service by following established sales and service standards.
Identify the correct replacement parts through inspection of old parts, customer requests, or verbal descriptions of issues.
Advise customers on available substitutions or necessary modifications when exact replacements are not in stock.
Accurately enter and process parts orders using internal computer systems.
Receive and fulfill parts orders placed by telephone.
Fill internal parts requests submitted by the sales team.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:Previous experience in a parts counter, service, or sales role preferred.
- ?Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency with basic computer systems and inventory/order entry software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
