Responsibilities
Assist in determination of parts requirements with customers, selling parts and providing order processing services.
Knowledge of all parts systems, features and benefits for parts commodities sold
Strong working knowledge of computer systems used within the parts department
Maintain a clean and “friendly” in-store display and merchandise sales area
Present merchandise to customers with professional selling techniques
Operate as a facilitator for customers in finding what they want
Maintains excellent customer relations at all times
Operate within all parts policies and procedures of the company
Qualifications
Personable, a problem solver, a leader of people, ethical, intelligent, and able to adapt to all elements around you including – customers, suppliers, department employees, management and peers.
Strong organizational skills, good communication skills, excellent customer relations skills, good computer and systems knowledge
Spanish fluency valued!
Confirmed knowledge of sales techniques, methodologies and inventory management knowledge
Deep understanding of financial reporting principles
Product knowledge including features and benefits knowledge of all commodities sold
Working knowledge of warehouse storage systems and storage layout principles
Pay Rate is $22.00 - $26.00 plus Commission
