Parts Counterperson – Dealership Experience Required

PARTS COUNTERPERSON – EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP

We are a growing automotive dealership seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our fast-paced and expanding Parts Department.

The ideal candidate will have dealership parts experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment while supporting both retail and wholesale customers, as well as service technicians.

Responsibilities:• Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts lookups and orders• Process special orders, returns, and warranty transactions• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper stocking procedures• Work closely with service and sales departments to support daily operations• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed

Qualifications:• Previous automotive dealership parts experience required• CDK experience preferred• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and catalog systems• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required• Valid driver's license required
