Job Description:
We are seeking a Parts Data Management Analyst II to support product development and engineering activities by managing Bills of Materials (BOMs), analyzing engineering part data, and ensuring data accuracy across manufacturing systems. This role is responsible for supporting specification management, data integrity initiatives, change execution, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting project timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support new product introductions and product updates.
- Analyze engineering part data and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Execute specification management activities while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
- Support change management activities and maintain audit compliance.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity across engineering and manufacturing systems.
- Compile, analyze, and summarize data to support business decisions and project justifications.
- Generate reports and maintain technical documentation.
- Coordinate with multiple business units to drive consistency in processes and execution.
- Facilitate meetings and support cross-functional project coordination.
- Assist with testing standards, procedures, and process improvements.
- Adapt to new tools, systems, and evolving business processes.
- Support engineering, manufacturing, and product development initiatives through effective data management.
Experience:
- Experience working with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product data management.
- Strong data analysis and reporting experience.
- Experience with SAP and engineering data management systems.
- Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, or product development environments.
- Experience preparing technical documentation and business reports.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Shift Hours:
- First Shift
- 8 hours per day
- Flexible schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Core working hours: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
