    Days Worked: Mon., Tue., Wed., Thu., Fri.

    Hour Per Week: 40

    Position Description

    The Parts Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting parts, tools, and materials between company facilities, vendor locations, and job sites in a safe, timely, and professional manner. This role supports the Parts Manager and service teams by ensuring the right materials are delivered where and when they are needed, helping to minimize downtime and maintain efficient operations. This is a full time, non-exempt position reporting to the Parts Manager.

    Shift: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

    Company Vehicle Provided

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Pick up and deliver parts, tools, supplies, and materials between company locations, job sites, vendors, and repair facilities.
    • Ensure accuracy of all deliveries, including verifying quantities, part numbers, and documentation.
    • Maintain communication with the Parts Manager and service teams regarding delivery schedules, delays, or issues.
    • Assist with organizing, labeling, and storing parts within the warehouse or parts room as needed.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and loading areas.
    • Follow all company safety policies and applicable DOT and traffic regulations.
    • Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
    • Support inventory control processes, including returns and core exchanges.
    • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with internal departments, vendors, and partners.
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Parts Department and Operations.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Prior delivery, warehouse, or parts handling experience preferred.
    • Ability to safely lift, carry, and move items up to 75 lbs.
    • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
    • Professional and courteous communication style.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
