Parts Delivery Specialist

Starting $16.00 per hour, based on experience Memphis, TN| Full-Time

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM | Overtime available as needed

Mechanical Systems Company LLC is seeking a dependable Parts Delivery Specialist to support our commercial and industrial mechanical operations by coordinating material deliveries, vendor pickups, incoming shipments, and warehouse activities in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

What You''ll Do

• Transport parts, tools, equipment, and materials to technicians and active job sites
• Pick up orders and materials from local vendors and suppliers
• Coordinate timely deliveries based on field and project needs
• Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments
• Assist with stocking, material returns, and warehouse organization
• Safely load and unload parts, materials, and equipment
• Keep company delivery vehicles clean, organized, and ready for use
• Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Track delivery paperwork, receipts, and material documentation
• Communicate with field and warehouse teams regarding deliveries and material needs
• Follow company safety procedures and all applicable traffic regulations

What We''re Looking For

• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record
• Experience operating pickup trucks, cargo vans, or small box trucks; CDL is NOT required
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple deliveries throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Commitment to safe driving, lifting, and material-handling practices
• Ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to 100 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders when required

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in construction or a similar skilled trade
• HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, or other trade-related experience is a plus
• Previous warehouse, inventory, delivery, or material-handling experience
• Familiarity with construction tools, parts, equipment, and job sites
