Responsibilities
Assist customers, both internal and external, in identifying and purchasing automotive parts.
Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts inventory with accuracy.
Maintain a clean and orderly parts department workspace.
Process customer orders and returns efficiently using our inventory system.
Communicate effectively with service technicians to ensure timely part availability for repairs.
Conduct regular inventory checks to help maintain optimal stock levels.
Stay updated on new parts and product information relevant to our inventory.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in an automotive parts department is a strong plus.
Familiarity with automotive systems and terminology.
Basic computer proficiency, including using inventory management software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move parts up to 50 lbs.
A friendly and helpful demeanor with a passion for customer service.
