Future Ford of Concord is seeking a skilled and hard-working Automotive Parts Delivery Driver to join our growing team of auto parts professionals. If you like to be on the move all day long and seek opportunities to learn, train, and really grow within a company, the Delivery Driver is the ideal job for you!


Pay Scale: The Driver Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.00 and $19.00.  


  
Summary: The Automotive Parts Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for transporting the right parts or equipment to and from various locations in a timely manner. In this role, you will deliver auto parts to paying customers throughout the day. As the face of the business, you will be engaging with customers regularly.

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Building long-term relationships with the customers.
• Driving throughout the area using maps and directions
• Handling cash charge transactions correctly and core/part returns appropriately.
• Maintaining a distribution log or tracking system to record all deliveries/pickups made.
• Lifting merchandise up to 60 lbs. for deliveries
• Inspecting, protecting, and maintaining company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and buildings
• Checking in Daily & Stock orders
• Assisting with inventory management
• General Cleaning

 
 Skills/Qualifications: 

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift merchandise up to 60 lbs. for deliveries
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Good communication skills
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Customer service experience
