JOB PURPOSE:
A Parts Driver connects NAPA to other businesses that use NAPA parts. A person in this position is key for providing excellent service to customers that do not walk in our doors.
DUTIES:
- Build good relationships with NAPA customers.
- Confirm accurate and swift delivery of parts.
- Assist with resolving issues for commercial customers.
- Help check-in and stock inventory.
- Share knowledge and skills to train new drivers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to back into parking spots.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- GED
- Excellent attention to detail and self-motivated.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift.
- Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids.
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively.
