What You'll Do as the Inspector:- Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product accuracy
- Perform visual inspections and sort conforming and non-conforming parts
- Maintain and ensure proper calibration of inspection equipment
- Clean, prepare, and support parts through final assembly or next production stages
- Record quality control data and maintain accurate documentation in systems or logbooks
- Manage inventory inspections and prepare parts for shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and support continuous improvement initiatives
What You Need to Bring to the Inspector Role:- Must have a High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have basic math, computer, and communication skills
- Ability to work with small parts and precision tools
- Familiarity with inspection tools, blueprints, and manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Good time management and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive inspection tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds regularly with or without reasonable accommodations
