Conduct thorough visual, dimensional, and borescope inspections of turbine engine parts to assess condition and airworthiness.

Use precision measurement tools, including micrometers, calipers, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), to verify part dimensions against published tolerances.

Ensure all inspected parts comply with FAA, EASA, and other applicable regulatory guidelines, as well as original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications.

Review maintenance records and logbooks and accurately complete all required inspection forms and documentation.

Identify non-conforming or malfunctioning parts, tag them appropriately, and document defects using photography and detailed written reports.

Adhere at all times to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to provide progress updates and promptly address issues or concerns that arise during inspection processes.

Maintain inspection tools and equipment in good working condition by performing routine inspections, cleaning, and basic upkeep as required.

Complete all necessary paperwork, including work orders, time sheets, and process forms, accurately and within required timeframes.

Work flexible hours, including potential evenings, weekends, and overtime, when business needs require it.

Essential Skills

 High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 3 years of experience in an aviation maintenance environment.

Experience inspecting or working with turbine engine components, with PT6A or PT6T engine experience considered a plus.

Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools in a repair or maintenance setting.

Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions provided in written or verbal English.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to document findings and communicate with team members and supervisors.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License is preferred but not required.

Prior experience with gas turbine engines, particularly PT6A and PT6T, is highly beneficial.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FAA and EASA standards.

Experience using precision measurement tools, including micrometers, calipers, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs).

Computer and keyboard skills are a plus for documentation and reporting.

Ability to provide and use personal hand tools; specialized tooling is supplied by the company.
