Parts & Inventory Coordinator
Schedule: Fully Onsite | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.50 – $19.00/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Parts & Inventory Coordinator to support daily inventory and warehouse operations in a fast-paced service environment. This role is responsible for managing inventory levels, processing parts requests, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support field operations and service needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and perform daily parts and inventory activities including receiving, verifying, tracking, and distributing incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Respond to parts requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update inventory records using an automated inventory management system.
- Track, monitor, and fulfill backorder requests as needed.
- Process internal requisitions and external purchases through purchase orders.
- Order parts and maintain appropriate stock levels to support operational and emergency replenishment needs.
- Maintain records related to purchase orders, warranty credits, and outstanding parts orders.
- Generate inventory and operational reports as requested by management.
- Identify inventory or process issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Perform inventory audits and organize storage locations for new and existing parts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in inventory control, parts coordination, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Experience working with inventory database systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Microsoft Office and data entry skills required.
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
