Location: Eaton, OH

Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour

Schedule: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM + OT on weekends

No Clockwatchers. Just Movers, Stackers, and Go-Getters.

Parts Loader Requirements + Job Duties

• This is an entry-level position; training will be provided!
• Feed 1 - 12 lb. steel pieces into the machine to make steel tubing and other various types of automotive parts.
• Steel-toed boots are required.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours and wear proper PPE gloves in various areas.
• Will be moved around, loading one machine and then loading a different machine.
• Very physically demanding (non-climate-controlled environment).

What You Will Do

As a Parts Loader you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.

The Parts Loader supports warehouse productivity by safely moving materials throughout receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas. This role requires organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.

A successful Parts Loader understands inventory handling, warehouse procedures, material movement, and product identification while maintaining accurate inventory flow and efficient daily operations. Dependable performance contributes directly to operational success.
