PARTS MANAGER OPPORTUNITY
West Central Iowa
An established agricultural and construction equipment dealership in West Central Iowa is seeking a Parts Manager to lead day-to-day parts operations and help drive department performance, inventory efficiency, and customer service.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone with experience in parts, inventory, warehouse operations, receivables, or a related management role who enjoys working with people and keeping operations organized and moving forward.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead and support parts/warehouse personnel
• Manage inventory, ordering, returns, and stock levels
• Monitor sales, margins, efficiency, and department goals
• Help develop and coach team members
• Support customers and counter sales when needed
• Maintain an organized, efficient parts operation
• Work closely with store leadership to identify opportunities and resolve issues
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous leadership, management, parts, inventory, warehouse, or related experience
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Ability to manage people, inventory, and daily priorities
• Positive, team-oriented approach
• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
